Apurl Giveaway

Hello Friends,
I've been secretly working away at Jelly Bum HQ over that last few months to create 10 new  designs to add to the collection. It's been ever so hard not to try and release these patterns as they were finished, but I've managed without whispering a peep! I will be kicking off the schedule with our Apurl Giveaways (see what I did there!). So before I release each pattern, I'll give everyone a chance to win a copy and then release the following day.

The patterns will be released weekly, so on these days: a pattern will be released, the competition winner announced, next pattern revealed plus a new competition to win the pattern.

I will be releasing the first design which is that elusive pattern I've had going for about 2 years now. It's a little leopard toy pattern.

I will be releasing this leopard toy pattern on 1st April. So if you want to be in with a chance of winning a copy of the pattern on release day then enter our pattern give-away below.

Please note that this pattern is suitable for intermediate knitters as it does contain a lot of  complex colour changes. If this toy isn't your bag keep tuned on the 1st for the second pattern to be released which is more suited to beginners.

If you're a new-comer to the Jelly Bums Knitting Patterns then pop over to my Etsy shop (click the little banner below) and have a peek at the 35 pattern I have available already. The patterns are super cute and simple to knit up, and pattern deals are available if you want more than one pattern. Each pattern come with instructions to make three body types: a toy, finger puppet and egg cosy PLUS three leg types for the toys: animal legs, dangly legs and big foot legs.

The competition will run from 27th -31st March (12 midnight GMT). The prize is one Jelly Bum Leopard pattern so remember to leave a valid working email address so I can send it on.

Competition is open world-wide.

Wow, what a great turn out there was for the very first Jelly Bums competition. In total we had 92 entries with 40 different types of animals picked to be the next Jelly Bum Pattern. So I've used the random number generator thingy ma-bob and paired up the number to each entrant.

Hey all, sorry to all those who were awaiting the arrival of a new Jelly Bum critter this week, I'm running a bit behind with the new pattern but I promise it will be available by Wednesday at the latest.
So to make it up to you I've decided to run a competition, and here are the prizes:

First place :
* The 7 current Jelly Bum patterns (Dog, cat, pig, monkey, elephant, lion & bear)
* Your choice of animal made into a Jelly Bums pattern

Second place:
* 3 current Jelly Bum patterns of your choice
